fyddai'n gobeithio, dymuno a breuddwydio tan fydd yr Angel olaf yn hedfan
From my Welsh/English dictionary:
Fydda i'n - I shall
gobeithio - to hope
dymuno - to wish
a breuddwydio - and to dream
tan - until
fydd - is mutated*, probably from 'bydd'? - will?
yr - the
olaf - last
hedfan - fly
*a mutation is when the first letter of the word changes
So the Google translation above is probably most accurate.
