When home I generally just have coffee, 3 or 4 cups and then have lunch with Mme P when she comes home.
When in UK for a short trip I will ALWAYS have at least one full English.
Out here in work, coffee, orange juice and fruit, this morning I had fresh dates, straight off the tree.

For me on weekdays it's a strong cup of tea (Assam or English breakfast) or a scented cup (Lady Grey) depending on mood and toast with home made jam or honey, but only after i've been outside with the dog to check the chicks and guinea pig first.

At weekends my favourite is home laid boiled egg with a little salt and butter, dippy soldiers and a cup of tea.

      Perfect.

I saw HFW last night and it was very good I thought.

Most days it's a banana & a yoghurt. My favourite treat is smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast, preferably served with Buck Fizz

Weekdays: 6.45am Smoothie with banana + 2/3 soft fruits, yogurt and soy milk. Then nothing till around 10am at work when I have more fruit (orange/apple/banana).

Weekends: cereal/boiled egg and home made bread/toast and jam.

Weekdays - hot weetabix so I can just shovel, and a glass of vit c fizzy stuff.

Weekends - maybe the same, maybe toast and homemade jam.

              Nix

We're onto winter porridge now. Always with golden syrup and sometimes with fruit depending what there is (banana this morning) - that's me and the 4 year old....the 12 year old is anti breakfast but is made to have something, she favours a handful of grapes.
At the weekend when OH does brekkie we have bacon sarnie, full english or (proper) kippers!

Like Vicky & a few of the others I'll be onto porridge in the next week or so with a blob of honey in it for weekdays along with a glass of cranberry juice & cup of Earl Grey tea, in spring/summer I tend to have the same but with cereal or muesli with milk instead of porridge. At weekends I usually have something like a couple of buttered crumpets or potato cakes or pain au chocolate/croissant.

I have a mixture of Fruit and Fibre and a crunchy oat cereal with skimmed milk , cup of tea or coffee ...how boring is that ?
Some good ideas on HFW but only if I can be arrised to prepare the night before no time in the morning with dog walking etc and I'll be blowed if I'm getting up any earlier ....

Nothing here also except 2 cups of tea, but have my lunch at 11am

Well we used to have the full English, but as we are no longer growing, find it a bit too much.

We try to vary it a much as possible. Bacon and egg OR sausage and tomato (especially home grown grilled)

                          Also

boiled eggs with soldiers (some of us never grow up)
                          poached eggs on toast
Omelette - mushroom and bacon or cheese
                          Smoked haddock poached in milk
                          Kippers
                          Pancakes with maple syrup
                          baked beans on toast

Coming into Winter porrige is another possibility.

Don't do cereals other than the very occasional Weetabix.

I should have to say until last night's programme, muesli was a no no (as Jasper Carrot called it 'designer vomit'), but Hugh's recipes did sound and look tasty - ie - I could eat and enjoy that.

                              Breakfast? Whassat? LOL

Now I'm home, I'm eating Cereal, usually Crunchy Nut Cornflakes or my current favourite; Chocolate Shreddies! This morning it was toast and crunchy peanut butter. I like Croissants and Coffee, and I adore toasted Brioche and butter.

At the weekend, we'll have Brunch, which is usually full english - Nom nom.

That's Mr TS's favourite, but he eats his cereal at 9pm, never in the morning
