Nice one! Id love to get my hands on the plot next to mine. The guy that has it leaves it shoulder high in couch grass most of the year, pulls a little up and plants plant plugs and fruit canes in amongst it! Drives me mad!!!!

The powers that be apparantly find it very difficult to ask him to move on, even though he clearly isnt cultivating it! Its just a coincidence that he donated a wheelbarrow!

What you really want is the nicely cultivated one on the other side of your plot I can see my future, it's filled with heaps and heaps of wiggly couch roots
