Oh dear, next Thursday, 30th September BBC2 have put Nigella Kitchen (1st of 3) on at the same time as Hugh (8.00p.m.)

Excellent, means that there's only rubbish on the other channels and I can enjoy Hugh in peace.

Has anybody been watching the 5 minute bread bites on in the day this week? Not watched yet but have recorded.

Bought the book last year when it first came out and it's very good although strange the series is so long after the book. Will be watching on Thursday though - already set to series link

That's why I asked if it was a repeat as I know the book was issued last year?

It will be good to have him back. I had another e-mail from River Cottage today as a reminder that it's on tomorrow. Wish I'd saved the one last week that said it was Sunday so I could be sure. You got that as well Alison didn't you? Did it say Sunday originally? I know, I know, it doesn't really matter, but I just wonder whether I was having a senior moment!

Its nice to have something decent back on TV, and it did bring a smile to my face (after a really sh***y day)

...although I did think he was a bit wimpy over the footie! (My 7 yo daughter plays rugby!!!)

I thought it was nice that the other chefs Tim and Gill got a proper slot. Acc to their facebook feed, there is a bread bites programme on most days at 12:05pm on Channel 4, with recipes also on the website.
