I didn't HAVE to shave there, but when my wife had our daughter, it was in the days when hospitals shaved the ladies before birth! I thought I'd try it, just a little to see how it felt. IT WERE AGONY

I had once once, used it on about 2 mmm of skin and that was about 15 years ago - pain free my A***!

I have no idea where it is now. I think waxing is easier as someone else is inflicting the pain so it seems less drawn out somehow, if you have to inflict it on yourseelf it goes on forever!

MY OH loves the body shop razer relief, it's the only thing that does not bring him out in the itchies and he has tried loads

Done that too, and was told by the nurse "ooh, you didn't need to take that much off". Itched like buggery growing back.

Bought an epi whats it thing about 20 years ago and have been using it on my legs every few weeks ever since. As I'm quite fair my body hair is fine and light so it's quick and easy and lasts ages. Wouldn't use it anywhere else as wouldn't want to have to grow the hair long enough to use so just dry shave armpits (sorry, is this too much info?) every other day. No problems. Went to the beauty place for a proper wax once and was shocked how much it cost for something I could do far better and easier at home. Tried home waxing once and it was hell, ended up with what looked like carpet burns on my legs just before a holiday. Never again on that, will stick with the epi thing, hardly hurts and the only down side is slightly pink legs for about half an hour afterwards. Stick with it, much the best option

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I must just be very lucky! Hardly enough hair grows on my legs to even be caught by a razor, and what there is is soo fine and light that its invisible! Mind you, its not like anyone gets to see them often, I rarely wear skirts or shorts (too many nettles n spikey things on the plot for that), so I'm normally in jeans anyway!
