I've never seen a tiff on here. Healthy discussions, agreements to disagree and a healthy debating spirit maybe. And possibly a difference in opinions.

I can't understand why one would finally speak out to complain, rather than just go elsewhere. There must have been something likeable, surely?

I'll think you'll find there are tiffs on every forum, but we Mods work darned hard to try and keep this a very friendly readable forum.
Yes- there are occasional tiffs which usually sort themselves out- and we have to recognise that everyone's point of view is valid.
Sometimes there are born trouble makers who try to spoil a good thing for others.
That's why we have a 'ban' button!

Yes- I have visited other forums (shh...don't let anyone else know that!)...this is a fast moving forum- and therefore a rewarding place to ask/ answer questions- there's usually a response within minutes rather than days which for me keeps the site interesting.

You'll also find we have many very lovely Grapes who help keep this forum a place well worth returning to again and again!

Stick around for a bit and you may well find it is worth the trouble, however try and do it with an open mind. I suggest you leave your preconceptions at the door

There will always be 'tiffs' of some sort or other on ALL forums, in this way - they do actually reflect 'outside' (I don't like the term real life, cos here is real too) life.

I believe we are capable of intelligent debate here (they may be, I'm not sure I can), but I do agree with you Lacysue that on odd occasions 'we' have got a little heated - but (usually) no one gets hurt.

I'd be more inclined to think that if we DIDN'T have tiffs, you could call this place dead. It's the 'enhanced debating' that keeps it alive.
