Chocolate trifle like this one is so easy.

      Chocolate muffins
Fresh fruit of your choice or canned fruit ( black cherry is nice )
Custard ( tinned if you want )
      Cream
      booze
      Chocolate ( flake )

Brake the muffins up and put into a bowl
Soak in some booze ( rum, brandy ) just enough to moisten
      add friut
      add custard
      add cream
      sprinkle with chocolate

      Enjoy.

Or my favourite is Baileys cheesecake.

Tiramisu, or a Lemon version - sooooooooooo easy to make.

Cake in the bottom. Pour on enough strong black coffee to make cake soggy.
Whisk Tia Maria/Kahlua into Mascarpone and dollop that on top. Grated chocolate to decorate.
Don't ask me for weights/measures, just eat what's left over!

Lemon version? just use Limoncello instead of the coffee and Tia Maria/Kahlua. Or, try a Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry or Blackcurrant version. Or Rhubarb, oh, stop me someone, please, I'm hungry now!

        Good luck with it Spongey!

          Yummy- served with cream!

Have to say- the French do adore lemon puddings!
