                  we had a bus in the garden a few years ago pushed the hedge back 3 feet and flattened it so glad your ok............

                        Hard luck.

                        I don't want to teach my grandmother etc.. but I am sure you have taken LOTS of photos before anything is tidied up.

                        Not only the house outside but the bits of the house affected INSIDE. And give the loss adjuster a copy.. and get him to sign a receipt.

                        Why? Because the shock may have damaged something and you get damp entry months later...
