OMG! We did moroccan tagine with roasted vegetable couscous. The venison was a BIG it once they haD got their heads round the idea of 'fencekill'.
OH assures me it was delish (I had mine with quorn). Loads left, if you want to pop over... Bob, more than welcome too
Bit spicy, but tasty too.
My dad has baggsed some of the steaks. There is left, loads of steaks, haunch, beast, chops, and stew bits like neck etc.
I don't like to think it died in vain and if we can make use of it, then it is provenance
