I've had SPD with every pregnany on crutches by week 6 and now after 4 pregnancies my pelvis is causing a few problems. I've just started trying for baby no.4. and then after I think they will suggest having the bones fussed together. So if you ever fell like a chat because the pain is getting you down feel free to PM me.

I find swimming is great as I don't feel any pain whilst in the water. I'm lucky as in Bristol if your pregnant you get free swimming.

I remember the contraception talk my dad gave me when I was younger. He said to me "Contraception is easy! Do you know what the contraceptive pill is?" before I managed to say anything he had gotten a sweetener out of the dispenser and said "hold that between your knees! There you go, see how simple it is!"

Hope everything goes well for you PC, but if your OH doesn't want any more children then maybe he should take positive steps to avoid getting any more women pregnant? I have a very good sharp bread knife you could borrow, or maybe he could see his GP about being sterilised.
