It's ok, we knew it wouldn't be too long. We reckon he had a stroke last night, followed by this, this morning.

Max is out of his mind, he won't settle

I imagine your other dog is grieving too. Poor thing, there is no way to make them understand.

It seems quite common for them... my nana's collieXspaniel had a stroke a year or so ago.
