I just caught the last 20 mins of this. I was almost in tears at the end. I do wonder just how much of an "accident" Luna's death was, the tug captain didn't seem to be very upset when he reported it.

Exactly the same here. It was on in the back ground (OH changed channels and then went out to his shed) so didn't pay that much attention until say 20 mins before the end. I think the accident was an on purpose accident, anyone else would have been gutted - how nasty & sad.

I know - tears were dripping by the end and I only watched it for 20 mins!! Would have had a soggy sofa if I'd watched the whole thing

I too watched tearfully. Even my tough OH was very moved. So poignant.

I watched it too, thankfully i was on my own with just the dog for consolation - how heartbreaking
