It's really straightforward.
Step 1 - Click on "Pattern", choose your pattern
Step 2 - Click on "Mask", Choose your mask. If you want to put a word, click on the tab that says "Text based stereogram"
Step 3 - Click " Stereogram"
Don't forget to click the green tick to accept changes.
