you cant judge a book by its cover but can you judge a person on their book?

      At work, you get two cos they were stacked right next me.

      Actions: antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aromatic, astringent, carminative,diaphoretic, diuretic, expectorant,stimulant, vulnerary.

      A nearly seven-hour flight to Londonand a ratty connector to Glasgow, with the same on the way back.

      The first is from Feeding Herbs to Horses-Wendy andTerry Jennings (and its Golden Rod by the way)
      The second is The Whole Truth-David Baldacci.

            You're right Hilary it was RC (GI Jeans diet) - I'll have to read more now to see why it's gone up from 4% though and maybe some of it will start sinking in and I may lose some weight!!

                  I got the 4% from a 'group', so maybe they were using a different book! I stopped going because it so often clashed with evening work (I never know which days I will be working later, until it happens) that it wasn't worth the grief. It took me a couple of years to regain the weight I'd lost in 3 months, but then the weight just kept coming!
