I got the 4% from a 'group', so maybe they were using a different book! I stopped going because it so often clashed with evening work (I never know which days I will be working later, until it happens) that it wasn't worth the grief. It took me a couple of years to regain the weight I'd lost in 3 months, but then the weight just kept coming!
