I do put them in the same place each time as I remember my dad doing the moving the scales around the house thing - he doesn't need to lose any weight, he weighs almost the same as when he was in his 20s (he's 75 now).

, but I wanted to make sure I was losing fat and not muscle mass, but by the looks of the scales I must have very little muscle (it also tells you water pecentage, and when you add that and a fat together not much left for muscle). OH moaning that the scales are bad, as he's put weight on - more like the fact he tends to weigh himself after he's been for a jog or playing football, and he's dehydrated then.
