I have to admit that the trauma of the past week has left me a bit under weather. The bizarre happenings was in situ even till today. Each time I created a new account it went pearshape. I didn't want to fall out or be abusive to customer services but felt a bit like a dog holding a sock. I refused to let go. I kept demanding to know why my a/c was continually being closed even though I had orders pending. At last I had an email from the 'resolutions/customer relations dept. and he reassured me that if I once again reordered my stuff and let him know the order no. he would personally see that it was processed. I didn't feel like laughing. I still felt drained by the whole episode.
My sense of humour did not improve tonight when I couldn't access the Vine. Nuff said. Thanks for the sympathy.
