    I'm guessing Da-da - I'm guessing you'll be getting him to practise that already, Wayne.

    Seriously, it's more than likely (as Janeyo said), he's making sense in what he's saying, just not pronouncing it completely clearly yet. I believe babies understand a lot more language than we give them credit for, at a young age.

        Well most babies say dada first then mummmm, but I suspect you have been trying to get him to say something else I sure as hell cant think what it would be though lol

          I agree with 'Dada', as I bet Ladywayne is secretly teaching him so that he can say it to you when you come in from work!

                        In my experience it's always Dadadada before Mamamama. Although whether it counts as a 'word' is debatable
                        I think his first 'proper' word will be something to do with food, maybe a variation of 'dinner'?
