tattoo help please

ok tattoos are not everyones cup o tea but i like them and would like a bit of help with my next one,
i would like a tattoo of a tree, preferably an oak with no leaves but the tattoo has to be shaded with no colour and to look kinda creepy it is for a back peice so it can be quite big.
has anyone got any ideas were i can get a good picture of one from?
the tattooist i am using is from bulgaria and will not be here til next year so i have a bit of time to find the perfect tree!!!

With so much time before you can get it done and given it's the season for naked trees...why not take loads of your own pics?Have you got a particularly special/favourite tree?

I have to say, good for you!
I had a work colleague who could draw, design my tatoo. I actually had it done during the funeral of Princess Diana, a memorable occasion.
If you know anyone who can draw get them to do several versions until you are happy.

I would just try a few 'key' words in google images and see what comes up?Like the personal touch of using your own piccie though as that would be quite unique!

after reading your ideas me thinks i will take some photos as i would definately prefer an english oak i have always been fasinated with oak trees i think it comes from story books like bramley edge i think it was, when i was a kid and the mice used to collect acorns an stuff.and the best place to sit and think has got to be under an oak tree!
and i have worked with trees for about 20 years cutting down ,pruning,planting.
any the how once i get it done i should have figured a way how to get photos uploaded onto this computer!!!!!!

Start with an acorn tattoo say on your tummy then one of an oak sapling on your side then your mighty oak on your back-
idea being from little acorns do mighty oak trees grow....

hey headfry
that tattoo sounds neat but just one little problem.
i already have my stomach tattooed!!!!!!!!
and yes i think so far it was the most painful place but sayin that my last one took four and a half hours with only a five minute break after about three hours,the last half hour of that one was total agony but worth it,i had that one on my leg.

please keep churning out the ideas though the whackier the better!!
