Lets be honest she wasn't really a veggie for any proper thought out reason, she was just faddy. And it wasn't like he'd dragged her in off the street, she had applied for the position. Still think she was a poor choice but don't think it was remotely anti vegetarian.

I use wholemeal flour for almost everything these days, find it has better flavour although sometimes go half and half if it's something which needs to be lighter.

When I went in the corm merchant this morning buying my bread flour I picked up some pinhead oat meal so I'm trying that for my breakfast tomorrow instead of my normal porridge.
That's if I remember to soak it tonight.

Scottishnewbie I wasn't too sure how much pinhead oats I'd need to soak for 2 of us so I went with 1 cup then 2 of water, same as I do for porridge.

Hope its enough or Mr in pots will be having something else for his breakfast.
