Well, the three of us existing sparkies all went through the motions so to speak, having worked there for 5 years they know what we can do and what we are like.

Oh dear Piglet I hope everything went well with your interview.

If it didn't, well look at your lifestyle, You and Karen's growing abilities, cooking abilities have got to give you a possible outlet for your produce. Wheras in the past you have been more than happy to 'give away' you have got to sell.

It really does need looking at.

You really could start a new life, You are young enough, capable enough.

Redundancy does not necessarily mean the end of the world.

It is horrid, but you really have to look at your other skills.

I could see you running a wonderful food producing company.

They probably have, they are trying to save money by moving us across. Without cutting our pay they would save 70k but we are likely to lose up to 9k as well. We may well move over, then start looking for other positions.

Maintenance electricians with our knowledge are quite thin on the ground so we should get fixed up in the not too distant future.
