we're with BT ... they were rubbish when we moved in (didn't connect us on the right day ... no phones, no internet) but have been more-or-less OK since.
We do have a very slow connection at times, and my laptop keeps losing the server, like every day, but I think that's us not them.
My mobile on the other hand ! (Virgin) just keeps losing the signal. They changed my Sim, then my handset, then finally got an engineer to ring me to say their tower-thingy was down.
I can get one or two bars of signal, then the whole thing just disappears. It happens in my mum;s house too, which is 8 miles away
