Not much later than Two Sheds here in the wilds of Lincolnshire, chooks in by 8pm & sundown at 8.05 last night.................... the quicker it gets dark now means we are closer to the 21st of December & the lighter nights

Hmmm, that's one way of looking at it, Minskey!

I also thought this was about that dodgy 'rock' group, although I think nothing rocks about The Darkness. It'll soon be time to power up the headtorch for feeding the equines, sob! I do like crisp mornings, though (as long as I'm not driving, as I have to wind the windows down to see pulling out of my drive, brrrrrr!!).

But just think .....if we were anywhere nearer the Med it'd be dark by about 6.00!

I do like a fresh morning - windows down in the car. Face freshly shaven and moisturised, that lovely zingy feeling and the cool breeze whistles round the car.
Get a bike...........you won't need to wind the window down then!

No fun though I was up a mountain tonight when it went and got dark on me . Much foreign language on the way down again.Got there in the end- worth it for the view though.

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

                        Well, I love Christmas too...sorry.

Our cockerel Coco is always the last to bed, in mid summer it was sometimes 10.45 before he took himself off, now it's nearer half past 8.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

                          What, never?

Oh my gosh. I spent half my life there, when I'm not on here.

You'll be needing a cushion, and a can of pop. And a bar of chocolate.

True, but I'll arrive sweating like a pig at a butchers convention when I get to work, and with nowhere to shower. Not good. Not good at all.

And there I was thinking you are talking about the band The Darkness!

Suffolk band from Dunwich I think........
