Checking the litter tray this morning to clear out the smell - nothing, no poo! Took me until just now (my shower time) to find the poo

Now, I'm trying to imagine which little kitten was balancing on the edge of the bath with a**e-end over the 'right' way to deposit all that (how much!!) in the bath.

lol we heard ours making puking noises the other morning but couldn't find her.. last place we looked was in the bathroom.. she was sat in the bath staring at the pile of puke she'd just done.. it's so much easier to flush it down the plughole than scrape it off the carpet

we once spent ages searching for cat pee because there was a really strong smell of it.. me, my partner and our six year old were all crouched down on the floor sniffing the carpets and furniture but couldn't find it.. took us a full half hour to realise the smell was actually our daughters breath.. she'd been drinking blackcurrant juice which smells awfully like cat pee!!!.. if you don't believe me just try eating blackcurrant jelly babies and you'll see what i mean

oh and another weird thing about our cat.. she refuses to drink out of anything except the bath (or the toilet if the bath is empty!)

when we go on holiday we have to ask whoever is looking after the cat to put the plug in the bath and leave some water in it.. we get some very strange looks!

as soon as she hears one of us get in the bath she's there on the side trying to slurp the water.. she's not right in the head

Love this. We have 2, 10 week old kittens and one has decided it should either use the large plant pot with a cheeseplant in it or distribute some soil on the carpet behind and go there. Yesterday morning I caught Bof trying to cover it up
So now I know who is to blame! Thankfullly we'll start letting them outside over the next few days so with luck he will stop

One of ours started going on the floor next to the downstairs loo - at least it's tiled so easy to clean. I washed the floor with very lemony smelling cleaning stuff and it seemed to stop... (touch wood). I wonder if they can smell/sense that the bathroom is where their 'staff' do these things

Mine have 2 litter trays which they use to wee in and one uses all the time bof however believes earth is best. Dread to think what he will do to my veg patch, but hopefully he will at least deter the neighbours cats

Dear Suzi woud occasionally poo or wee in the bath. Her condition meant that she obeyed nature more often than most cats and sometimes, cleaning her tray out every two days was completely unacceptable in her book.

Of course, she eventually realised that there was another tray downstairs and so began my life of cleaning out numerous trays!! Since she was pts, I've kept both trays (in case of emergency cat rehoming, you understand...) and so Rosco is ultra posh, having an upstairs AND downstairs loo! It's my flower/veg beds that get most of it, though. Kitty truffles, I call them...

Apparently if you want to know which cat owns a particular 'kitty truffle'(!) you put the cat beside it, the one who sniffs it - owns it, other cats will just walk away.

My cat has his litter tray in the bathroom, i've tried him with it in other rooms, but he won't use it, i think he must realise that the bathroom is where "one" go's...cleaver kitty plus you can flush the nuggets down the loo
