Aha its as I thought, Auto Tuning has changed back to highly restricted,

In the command prompt can you type:
netsh interface tcp SET HEURISTICS DISABLED > press Enter then type:
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled > press Enter >
then reboot computer and test, fingers crossed and good luck

can you do this one again in a command prompt (run as administrator) type this "netsh interface tcp show global" without the quotes > press Enter, can you copy the outut please.

Can you export your cookies from Internet Explorer, this can be done by clicking on File > Import and Export > NEXT > select Export Cookies > NEXT > export to a file (you might want to save it to your Desktop > NEXT > Finish. Then close and restart IE > login to Vine > close and reopen IE > go to Tools > Internet Options > select Settings under Browser History > View Files > can you see a cookie from @growfruitandveg.co.uk

Just went to do first bit (export cookies etc) and noticed there was only 33 in there as opposed to yesterday when there was >1100?

I logged out of Vine and got this message (which I have never noticed before) All cookies cleared!

So that's why there aren't any relating to Vine in my cookies file - awaiting next directive
