    Great news that all is well - make sure you also take time each day to sit and do.... NOTHING for at least 10 mins.

      Lovely to hear from you Tammy I was hoping you were ok. Take care of yourself and those two little ones you are carrying they are indeed a precious cargo.
      Put your feet up and dont worry about not doing things that can wait. If they cant the let someone else do it.
