    right, here i go AGAIN,
    NOPE it just says uploading file
    and then after about 20 secs it says failed

            Ardroil, how fast is your broadband? If you're on a low speed connection it's best to resize the photo before you try to upload it.

                  in kb - needs to be 97 or less.

                  If 2.54 mb then yes, far too big.

                        Do you have adobe photo shop or you could do it in any photo editing programme.You should be able to 'save as' and change the file size. Don't disregard the origonal as it's always good to keep the large file size for printing quality etc. Re-name it so you know which file is the small one for uploading.
