Congratulations, Two Sheds. Every window cleaner I've ever employed seemed convinced that we'd got round windows (don't do the corners) but the one we have now not only does them properly, but doesn't mind the dog barking at him saying 'The dog's only doing her job too'

I was so pleased that he didn't burgle me (!) that instead of a tip, I have ordered 500 smart business cards for him, instead of the photocopied phone number that he has at the moment.
