Maybe celery? The seeds are like dust, and some of those exhibition celery are bloody massive! -

It still has to be pumpkin. Even with a large seed, it produces a huge amount of vegetation and I'm sure we've all seen some of the giants that people can grow!Comment

Oddly enough, it was the pumkpin, well squash, that got me thinking about it in the first place. How about the potato. Tiny seed that can ultimately produce a huge crop.Comment

An apple tree is pretty big compared to the size of one pip.
Potato 'true seed' might qualify (they are pretty small) but 'seed potatoes' in the usual sense aren't really seeds are they?
Globe Artichoke must be a contender, the seeds are tiny, being just a monster thistle.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
