Quite true, I read that article last night. FB is helping me get back and stay in touch with family and old schoolfriends I haven't seen in years.

Redthorn and his family have just underlined what a fab community this is.

A wonderful post, thanking two very kind and generous people - wouldn't the world be a much better place if all could do something to help others.

Erm Steve, are you free this weekend .

A fabulous thing to do Steve, just the thing to read about on a winters evening to bring a big smile to ones face. Our Jans not a bad egg either.

Same here...I get to find out what gigs they are all going to and what parties they are having - and they find out what colour my carrots are going to be this year!

But seriously - Bookface helped me find my long lost half brother - I say long lost as I knew I had one but only found out his name last year. It was one of those moments in life that you never think will actually happen...and it did. So I defend Bookface to the hilt - for all it's cheesiness and faults.

What great stories, just wish I lived near some of you lovely grapes.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
