My seeds arrived today and it looks like the HSL have people keeping an eye on the vine as my lucky dip was a form of bean!

    Climbing French Bean - Bridgwater.

Got all my other first choices:

    Squash - Chicago Warted Hubbard
    Pea - *****
    Climbing French Bean - Box
    Dwarf French Bean - Afia
    Tomato - Beefsteak
    Swede - Gul Svensk

Now to get to working out what to do with them all and when...

I didn't get my catalogue until mid December but returned it before Christmas. Am hoping to get at least some of what I wanted but am sure anything will be fine.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I returned mine fairly close to Christmas Alison and my seeds arrived today. I got all my first choices. They are quite careful in what they send as your lucky dip too. Last year they spotted I'd gone for beans big-time so I got a bean lucky dip. This year I thought I'd try mainly kales and cabbage and I got an extra kale for my lucky dip. Thye really do try to please!

Received mine this morning - all my first choices, plus a pepper as a lucky dip. Only sent mine just before New Year, so very pleased.

Got mine too, all first choices and some lucky dip dwarf French beans so am well happy. Also, the seed saving book recomended by Flum arrived so as I've spent half of today on the train am now much better educated and hopefully will be able to build up my seeds next year. Already save French beans and peas but am going to give carrots and onions a go next year too and maybe spring cabbages too. One of my choices was Up to Date Onions so this will be first time growing onions from seed as oppose to sets, very exciting!
