Don't Read If Squeamish...
I was crossing the road outside our house, into the mouth of a small side road. The grit had half melted the ice there and then it had re-frozen into sheet ice. My foot shot out and round and crunched, as I was halfway up in the air I could see that it was pointing the wrong way... Then I landed... On itOriginally posted by Two_Sheds View Post

Bit late getting to this one, but I'm glad to hear you're at back at home now. Blimey, you don't do things by halves do you, what a battering your poor ankle got! Yup, as you say, it'll be a wee while sorting itself out..... Just you take care of yourself now (why do I hear Miss Ellie from Dallas as I write that?!
).
