Dancing slugs?

I shook out a few breadcrumbs onto the slabs yesterday, and judging by the slime trails this morning, I reckon the slugs found them and celebrated with some country dancing!

I’ve hardly seen any slug trails this summer, usually the pavers are glowing with them.
