Raining here and cold. I'm going to try to make tea cakes today. As you know, my bread making has nearly always been disastrous, but if I'm toasting it anyway, it can't be too bad can it?

What about e45 GF ? I can use that sometimes but went through a weird skin thing and ended up with dermatology who prescribed epiderm cream, been using it since.Leave a comment:

Crazy weather here this morning…..rain, then strong blustery winds, then sunshine, then drizzle, sun, heavy rain, and now it’s a mix of blue and cloudy sky . Think we’re missing some hailstones! Early April showers maybe?
GF….hope you can sort out the shampoo…
Interestingly OH was told not to allow shower gel on his wound as it leaves a layer. Soap apparently is fine. Could the shower gel be a problem for your OH? I’d never thought about shower gel in that way previously. Baby soap maybe as an alternative? Hair can be washed with baby soap too.( Just ignore me if it’s not appropriate
)
Ha ha…I’ve just been reading back and spotted a post about scraping back gravel and thought “ that’s what I was doing too”…only to realise it was my post
Not sure what I’ll be up to today as I had wanted to finish off an area of weeding…We’re out for a meal next door tonight so it’ll be nice not to need to think about what to prepare for a change!

Rary, any medicated shampoo you recommend? He already uses unperfumed shower gel for sensitive skin and I never dare vary the washing powder I use as he is allergic to so many things.Leave a comment:

Good morning all, back from a nice relaxing break to celebrate our anniversary, just sitting thinking how lucky OH is to have been married to me for 58 years, (quick look over shoulder to see if she has read this, or my mind, which I am convinced she can do) anyway back home to lots of heavy showers and occasional hail, just getting ready to take one of the grandsons over to an outdoor training centre where he will be attending a first aid course, his dad's car is off the road just now as due to brexit there is a problem getting spare parts for teslar cars, so I am doing taxi work for them😢 and it's also heavy rain just now and as the road goes over the hills it can be a bit of a drive, oh and Snoop of course Nicos thinks we are close in age she is quite good at judging ages and GF try adding some medicated shampoo to OHs bath or washing down with it when in a shower as that can help with itching skin. Need to go have a good day and pass on some smiles
