Well, was on my own all day and night but Becci (midwife daughter) and her girls brought some prezzies over last night which I saved to open this morning. It was an "indulgent night in" parcel that they'd made up for me. 1 packet of Haribo Starmix, 1 packet of Unbearables awesomely sour jellies, a jar of chocolate Horlicks, a Fairy Thoughts mug with Nan on it, and 2 dvd's of the Thorn Birds (anyone remember that from the 80's?) So from about 2pm I've watched the whole 4 sides of the main dvd and it was wonderful!

Ah, now you see MaureenHall, I was dead embarassed there for a moment, not being on time to wish you a happy birthday from Trousers, me and the cat, but you've saved me beautifully, because I DO remember The Thorn Birds, and am still dribbling like a hormonal teenager at the thought of Mr. Chamberlain.
