I only use a few OH, MIL, FIL, SIL, DD, DW, strangely I never use, LOL or LMAO, though I do plenty of it.

Its just easier really, writing out lots of descriptive garble about family members justs get on me wick. The only thing that confuses me is when I receive a text with letters and numbers mixed 'l8r' etc, then my poor little brain has to go scratchy. When you get to a certain age, and you have drunk half of your brain cells into oblivion its important to hang onto whats left.

reminds me of my mum, she sent me a text last year, which said ........ auntie dead of stroke

so as i have 8 it was a bit weird ...... took her 2 days to reply to the text i sent asking which auntie ...... well i mean i know you get charged for 2 pages, but not per flipping letter.

Whenever I buy a new gadget, OH says RTFM before you do anything but I'm a bloke so obviously don't need to.

RTFM= Read the Flipping (well that's not precisely it) Manual
I am certain that the day my boat comes in, I'll be at the airport.
