The greatness comes not when things go always good for you,but the greatness comes when you are really tested, when you take, some knocks, some disappointments;because only if youv'e been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

Thanks for the pics. they're great. I love the garden, it looks nearly as packed as mine!
You managed to get lots of different elements in & obviously if it impressed Chris it must have been good! Was the stuffed pussycat waiting to catch the birds that would land in the birdbath? Lots of nice herbs too. Glad you won & had a good day, bet the children are really proud.
Into every life a little rain must fall.

thanks for your comments sue, the pictures i posted really don't show the fully extent of the garden, restricted as pics included some of the children involved (apart from my son) which i can't post. it was pretty packed (a bit like mine too really). the cat was a last minute thing, figured there was always a cat on the roof of your shed etc even if it wasn't your own. it did get a bit wet and at one point someone had to wring it out which the kids thought was funny. i cannot tell you how proud the children are!!! words can't describe. we are recreating the garden this week at the front of school to show how it would alter etc over the course of one year. lots of other things planned too. there were lots of other things tied into the garden too, hurts my head when i think about it.Originally posted by SueA View PostThanks for the pics. they're great.
