    Try Marmite & beans on toast.

    I have to say, for me, it has to be wholemeal peanut butter & Marmite.

    Any bef based meals (stews, bolognese, chilli etc) get a good slug of Hendersons relish from me.

        I had mashed potato, cheese and marmite on home made bread toast for lunch today; does that count???

        The only thing my Oh won't scoff is my marmite...

              I cant stand marmite, but bovril on toast now your talking. I invented this thing when i was a kid, where if you quick to spread your bovril you can make it pick up bits of the margy toast into balls. Mmmmmm
