I have to say, I loved that ad, loved that little dog. And it never crossed my mind that anyone was being cruel to it - A) Because there are laws to prevent it. B) Because most of it was CGI anyway. & C) Because they use specially trained dogs on TV stuff, or they'd be filming for months just to get it to sit still for 5 seconds...
