  • RIP Boris

it is with great sadness that i have to report the untimely death of my dearly beloved yucca plant, boris

he was a true friend to me, a great comfort, he'll be sorely missed

i promise never to let the kids play indoor cricket ever ever ever again
i feel so guilty because i was bowling for them ......

I think he's wounded, but not unto death. Cut off the broken bits. He'll bounce back!

Dont give up yet FG - I had a yukka that was tipped out of its pot and left for dead while I was on holiday. I came back assuming the very worst, just a brown stick left, but as it had sentimental value I repotted it anyway, without any hope, but sure enough it DID revive, very very slowly, and lived to a very ripe old age ... give Boris another chance, a bit of new compost and some TLC, they are very hardly beings!
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

Dont give up, my friend had left hers outside by accident and the frost and allsorts got to it, I sugggested she cut off everything, trim it up and hey preston 2 months later all was well again. Boris is just hibernation, give him a chance with a haircut!
Dont worry about tomorrow, live for today
