I'm orf to Germany for a couple of days (work, not pleasure).

They (ze Germans), have conceded that our (UK) website is better than theirs - so I have been over with our web agency to collaborate with their agency to create a better worldwide web presence. Tomorrow is the culmination of several meetings, and to agree how we go forward - design proposals, functionality etc etc. Then on Wednesday all the marketing people from around the world are meeting to discuss plans for 2008 - including the new website which I'll be heavily involved in.

Don't get to see much of it to be honest. Land, taxi to the office, meeting, taxi back to the aiport, home usually. However, being taken out for dinner tomorrow night which will make a nice change.

Greenhouse looks great Wayne, wish I'd managed to get one but the local ones had all sold out.
As Shirlthegirl says, I bet you'll get umpteen different kinds of sausages in Germany. O.H. always says he doesn't think they've heard of vegetarians in the rest of Europe (not that he cares being a carnivore). When he goes to Holland everything seems to come with eels or chocolate/hundreds & thousands sprinkles (usually on toast!)
Into every life a little rain must fall.

Lol, we thought the shprinkles was a myth until Linda our student came to live with us for 6 months. Shrpinkles on everything!

Having eaten in Germany several times I've become quite a fan of the boiled sausage. Breakfast is always the most interesting meal of the day though...

Chocolade or fruchten hagel - our boys love them. madmax has been bringing them home again to top up our diminished stocks. They do come in handy when I am having a baking craze - and makes you wonder why we have to pay so much for a small pack of chocolate hundreds and thousands when you can buy it by the half-pound in Holland!

Well done wayne, it took me and the husband over 3 hours to get to picture 2 and that is with a lot of bickering.

It took another 2+ hours just to get the plastic windows on.

but now it is up it is lovely. We are having to put up the same one for my dad this coming weekend, wish us luck, god it is a bloudy awkward thing to put up.

n.b The argos staging that costs about 15-20 fits the greenhouse perfectly although is a little narrow.
