You could use that to wrap some chicken wire round, then cover it all with papier mache. When that dries off, you could paint it black to match (being sure to use an acrylic based paint). Then line it up with the worm-o-matic and use some black gaffer tape to attach it, and then finish it off with a nice layer of the black paint.
