Cucumbers and beans have germinated and I only sowed them a few days ago.
The sight of a little green shoot waving at me from the compost gladdens the heart.

My husband is moaning there is nothing on the TV. I have got a secret weapon though that he doesn't know about. Earlier this year/last year I taped every single episode of his favourite comedy to the hard drive. ('Allo, 'Allo). He hasn't seen them on TV for a few years.
It will definitely make me happy to see his reaction when he realises there are 80 odd episodes hiding away.

The gorgeous aroma wafting out of my kitchen. It's the smell of rosemary sprigs I put in the oven with the lamb.

My (when I'm really bored) Iplayer series of choice at the moment is " Life on Mars". I started watching it last night. I can't believe the memories that came flooding back......

A really happy time (once I left home).

My first custard apple seed has sprouted (sown 1/3/20). I had just about given up!

Also, some recent successes at work. In amidst all the doom and gloom, it's been nice to see some very poorly people get better and go home.
