Us ladies have the same problem with body hair, which a male dominated society decided we shouldn't have.
Men should be truly grateful that it's only their chins that are expected be tidy
I'm rather distraught that I've come to this thread late in the day as I would have had quite some input...
Are 'ladies' who shave talking about what I think they are talking about?
I shaved a line through an eyebrow once - just to see what happened.
What happened was I got sweat running into my eye.
I shaved 'down below' once because um.... Anyway, whilst everything looked very spruce I wouldn't advise it as when the hair began to grow through again the itchiness nearly led to my arrest (well, it was my attempt to address the itchiness that nearly led to my arrest)
Mrs Balders is quite keen on a bit of stubble and I'm a lazy so and so so that is how I usually go...
Friend at work is a bit more 'Bigfoot and the Hendersons' - I get told off if I approach that level of manliness

I don't know about the other ladies, who will have their own ideas, but I was obviously thinking about legs and armpits, rather than the more intimate parts you were thinking about

I was talking about moustaches - I had a girlfriend for a while who had a rather fetching 'tache.
