Swearing at the top of my voice in a juvenile manner in the comfort of my own home after spending 2 hours being angry. It made me feel a lot better. (I tend not to swear nowasdays due to the girls)

I know that we needed the rain and I am really happy that the allotment has had a good soaking. I am also happy that I'll only have to water the greenhouses for a good while and the water butts will be full but.......enough is enough. I've no excuse for not doing some housework when the weather is like this.

And a friend has booked the ferry to come and stay for a few days

Bob acquired some raised beds for my new veggie garden when I get it
Gardeners little helper seems quite satisfied with them

I've got 2 of these small ones



And this one larger one



They are actually just some very heavy duty packaging. No idea what was in them.
But they will make some brilliant little beds.

Bent over double earthing up potatoes as a huge flock of swifts swooped low over the top of me. Amazing noise.

^SP, the only thing I can think of is tea. Would that be right?

Possibly. They are half inch thick, 8 inch wide boards with big metal hinges at the corners.
And the hinges sort of slot together so you could stack more.
