Eggs are boiled for 5 to 10 mins. They are then cooled in cold water, dried & stored in the fridge until ready to use.
When I peel them, the egg sticks to the shell leaving big holes.........I've tried all methods I can think of regarding shelling but no joy.
What am I doing wrong?
