That's the problem - if it was jammy it wouldn't be so bad, but the texture is so gooey and snot like it's just not very good. I could certainly add something to it as I didn't properly set it - rhubarb doesn't really set anyway does it? Though VC may have put me off...

I've got it! Mix it with gelatine, add some colouring, and make into those 'bouncy. Ball' thingies that kids have, or make into balls to throw for your dog? Or add some glitter and make some Xmas baubles.

Face pack? The rhubarb would be nice for skin.

No, I've got a cold. It has nothing to do with the rhubarb I swear. Totally unrelated and purely coincidental.

There you go then, another use for the rhubarb, 'menthol chest rub' ?

I've got some blackcurrants in vodka that's too gloopy and solid to drink. If I strain it I think I'll mix the fruit with apples in a crumble. Or maybe a steamed pudding. Hmm. now I'm just starving!

Sorbet, although as the booze will pobably stop it setting, slush puppy? Or puree them, add a small amount into the bottom of a glass and add champagne?
