    beat eggs and sieve into a bowl, stir in sugar and lemon juice, zest (or whatever flavouring), stir in cubed butter...bung in popty ping and cook on full power beating every minute till thick. Pot in warmed sterilised jars and cover immediately.....works a treet and no chance of curdling

          Oi, OITC....get yersel tae the farm fae the eggs then!
          When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
          If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
