Have been reading a Nigel Slater book last night and one bit is about runny jam - it's known as european set - as only the british want firm rock solid jam apparently.

Have been reading a Nigel Slater book last night and one bit is about runny jam - it's known as european set - as only the british want firm rock solid jam apparently.

I wonder if I can convince people the same applies to piccalilli to pass my runny piccalilli off? It is really nice apart from the runny part that's the saddest thing.
