I LOVE making homemade bread. However everytime I make it hubby (Mr fussy!) says the texture etc is lovely but it tastes of yeast

I've resently converted to sourdough for my loaves and its much more forgiving than 'normal' bread. Have to say though I still use fresh yeast for my rolls.
